Sometimes things don’t always go to plan. Products can be faulty, or perhaps the wrong product arrived. Ordered Light Burnt Brown switches and got Silent Mutual Dark Inks?

That’s ok, because the following procedures will ensure you get the resolution required.

Here’s how it works:

 If the wrong product is sent:

We will email you a barcode that can simply be attached to the top of the box and returned to the nearest Post Office. The label is pre-paid, meaning all you have to do is drop it off and instruct the P.O. to send back to us.

 If the product is faulty:

Minor imperfections are a common occurrence of manufacturing for keycaps, thus minor imperfections will not be deemed an acceptable RMA. If a product is shipped that has shown sign of damage, please contact us for rectification as soon as possible.

 If you change your mind:

Please choose purchases carefully. Due to the nature of the products we sell, and to guarantee integrity for every customer we cannot accept exchanges or refunds for incorrect decisions or change of mind for shipped products.

All in-stock sales are final.

If you have pre-ordered a product or joined a group buy and wish to cancel your order, please email us. Unfortunately, once the Group Buy window has closed you will be ineligible for a change of mind refund in accordance with our Group Buy policies which are communicated on the individual product pages. This is due to the nature of custom-manufactured goods that cannot be canceled once the order is submitted to the manufacturer.

Please note non-refundable transaction fee applies for all change of mind refunds processed.

Mixing of group buy and in-stock products:

Unfortunately this is not possible due to the way our team fullfills orders. For example, if you order a product that is in stock and ready to be sent and a seperate item that is a group buy that will ship in 6 months time, several inventory issues can occur. We would prefer to ensure you get your correct order in a timely manner. For this reason, if you mix group buy and in-stock items in your order, the in-stock item in your order will be cancelled and refunded. Moving forward, our store will not permit you to perform this action. Please do not request combining of these orders, as this will also not be possible.
