Revisions

Rev. 2: Inserts were revised to fit more PCBs.

Rev. 3: More colors + a new variant to fit 1.2T PCBs. 1.6T is the standard spec so most PCBs are 1.6T. 

Introduction


Implementing a patented technology, kin25 of TX Keyboard has improved the design of Cherry clip-ins to minimize rattling and prevent wire pop-out (using stab stoppers included with the set). The patented design features a double shot stabilizer stem with a POM outside and TPU & POM mixture inside. This mixture helps to minimize wire rattle and bottom out noise.

The housing and stem are POM, with the centre wire channel made of softer TPU plastic.

The wires are also rounded to minimise ticking inside the stem housing.

A thin coat of Krytox 205g0 is recommended for these stabilizers.

PCB mount, clip in, enough for ANSI TKL and 60% layout. 

One full WK and WKL kit includes:

  • 10x stabs
  • 4x short wires 2U
  • 1x long wire either 6.25U (WK) or 7U (WKL)
  • 1 pack of stab stoppers

One 2u kit includes:

  • 6x stabs
  • 3x short wires 2U
  • 1 pack of stab stoppers
